Decide
I am skilled at methodologies that engage an entire group with a conversation or instead of relying on speakers or panels of experts. These techniques are especially helpful when we want to draw on the wisdom of a wide variety of people when making decisions.
I have over ten years of experience leading World Cafe group conversations, a process by which a medium to large group of people can talk in a why that engages everyone and draws together the insights of the group as a whole, the "collective wisdom".
Open Space Technology is another format I have been trained in and have used with a number of different groups. This process allow a group to "self-facilitate" its conversation, collectively identifying topics of conversation in a way that is flexible and creative.
Circle Process is the the most basic of all group facilitation techniques. I love to use it with groups because it is so powerful and so accessible. Groups can continue to use the process long after my work with them is done.
